Everyone has been rapping about Grace's, and we can prove it! We've been browsing web postings and social networking sites for the latest word on the street. Here's what we found...

— As residents of Green Hills, we’ll welcome another booze supplier to the area with open arms … we’re excited to see what Grace’s has to offer, and we’ll probably be taking advantage of their 10% off anything in stock on opening night… If you know what we mean. After all, we can always walk home.

— They have a wide selection from the good stuff to the cheap stuff. Everything is very well organized … since this place was in a large store front in Green Hill,s I expected it to be way overpriced. I decided to find something I'm sure I'd purchase and compare prices. A 1.5 magnum of Yellow Tail was $12.99, not only comparable to my usual wine shops but almost better than some. It's proximity to Trader Joe's might just make it my new stop.

— They know what they're doing at Grace's... in fact, it might be the best wine/spirit store I've been to in Nashville. … For example, looking for St. Germain elderflower liquer... or vya vermouth... or some really good bourbon? This is your spot.

— To begin with, I did NOT "crash" the Rob Bironas Fund/Grace's Wine Store grand opening event last night. I was invited … Also, I did NOT get "drunk" on the sip-at-a-time wines. I simply "sampled" about a dozen of them. Okay, more than that. But it was less than 20, and it gave me a new list of "go-to" wines when I need to take a bottle somewhere.
